As a joint collaborative effort between UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute and SME Challenge founded by Joseph Lee, more than 100 participants attended a webinar – “5 Steps to FIGHT COVID and Win” held on 28th May 2020.
It was an insightful and informative experience as the session talked about engaging the FIGHT COVID framework to help business owners manage the pandemic crisis, and further invited guest business leaders from various industries to share about their knowledge approaching this.
Sean Ng, Managing Director and Co-founder of Cornerstone Global Partners, was honoured to be invited to speak during the webinar, where he suggested tips on how to demonstrate effective leadership managing a large sales team, both on a local and regional level. One key highlight was the emphasis on the importance of leveraging technology platforms and dashboards to provide statistics on monitoring activity level, especially with current remote work arrangements.
