News | CGP Signed the "Beijing Electronic Labor Contract Integrity Self-Discipline Convention" to Protect the Rights of Employees

On November 26, the Beijing Electronic Labor Contract Application Promotion Conference was successfully held in the Beijing Global Trade Center. CGP was invited to attend the event and signed the "Beijing Electronic Labor Contract Integrity Self-Discipline Convention" with 21 representatives of Beijing human resources service industry.

At the meeting, Liu Tianfu, Deputy Director of the Labor Relations Department of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, introduced that on October 27 this year, the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a letter in accordance with the "Letter from the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Issues Concerning the Conclusion of Electronic Labor Contracts."

Leo Liu, Director of CGP Service Outsourcing (HRSO) Division, said: “With the development of the Internet and the continuous growth of cross-regional large-scale enterprises, companies are facing problems such as a large number of frontline employees, scattered work areas, and frequent personnel changes. Paper-based methods such as the signing of labor contracts and the issuance of internal document certification in the traditional onboard and departure procedures have been unable to keep up with the high-efficiency needs of corporate management. The digital requirements carried by the corporate human resources department are getting higher and higher. By outsourcing these basic and repetitive tasks, and using new technologies and tools to simplify these transactional workflows, corporate human resources departments can focus on building an agile organization, employee experience, and technology to realize the function of forward-looking strategy.

As the vice president unit of Beijing Human Resources Service Industry Association, CGP has been actively promoting the application of electronic contracts and electronic documents in business in order to improve service efficiency and customer and employee satisfaction. In 2019, the CGP Service Outsourcing Division reached a cooperation with leading domestic electronic contract service providers to apply electronic labor contracts and electronic employee manuals to dispatch and outsourcing services. It only takes 10 minutes for employees to complete the entire staff onboarding and filing operations. Employees across the country no longer need to send documents by express mail, which greatly increases the effectiveness.
